Her knowledge of the female body and the time she took with me to understand my goals made me feel instantly at ease! I went from being unfit, unmotivated, eating poorly, to easing into training two days a week and changing my diet (Trina happily shared yummy healthy options) to now exercising four to fives days a week, feeling fit, healthy and enjoying life again!
